I specialize in residential development including double storey, single storey , granny flat, duplex and custom extensions.

I have excellent working relations with prominent and trusted builders, certifiers, surveyors, engineers, landscapers and building energy assessors. Our relationship have been tried and tested. Recommendations can therefore be easily made to make your project almost feel seamless.
how it works
The following would be a typical breakdown of the various stages of my engagement with you:
A) A quote will be sent to you via email , upon acceptance a draft plan will be done after an initial deposit.
B) A contour survey will be then be ordered in the interim .We will work with the draft and fine tune it until you are happy to have it finalised.
C) Full amount will be required when all work is done and ready to be handed over to private certifier or council. Meanwhile I will organize your engineering and other info required for Construction Certificate.
D) Once approved I will help you to make sure everything runs smoothly, that involves visiting the site if I have to or sending any further documents to certifier or council as required at no charge.
E)Your builder or my builder takes over. Job is complete.
There are no hidden cost from my side. What I quote you is what you pay.
